Merindoc property at Tooborac has been farmed by the Shelmerdine family for over 5 decades, with the first head of cattle being purchased back in 1954. Some 40 years later the first vines were planted and now the property features over 23 acres of vines on the 4000 acre property, producing some of the region’s finest quality wines.
The Merindoc Cottage is perched on a rise overlooking the beautiful rolling hills of Tooborac. This fully self contained, two bedroom cottage features open plan living area, modern bathroom, with separate bath and shower, laundry, shaded picnic area and BBQ facilities.
Relax and take in the view from the large lounge room windows or take a bottle of wine and some fresh local produce out onto the verandah and immerse yourself in the gorgeous moving picture that is our Victorian country side.
